Canadian composer, producer and DJ based in London, working across indie, classical and electronic genres. Heavily influenced by films and visual art, his music explores the human condition in relation to its surroundings, evoking distinct scenes for the listener to inhabit.

While he has been compared to artists such as Brian Eno, Jon Hopkins, and Ryuichi Sakamoto, his music is as original as his influences, with a sound that freely shifts while remaining identifiably his.

Having begun the project in London, while at the Royal College of Music, Ross has since performed and recorded in venues and studios across Europe and North America. 2020 saw the release of singles, Somewhere, With You, After Dark, Love Returns, and their music videos. His debut LP Braedalyn was self-released October 9, 2020. 

Ross has had his music featured on NOWNESS (‘Je Suis’ dir. by João Marques, ‘Stockholm Syndrome’ dir. by Ryan Koopmans), Document Journal (single ‘With You’), Mercedes Benz, Coca - Cola, in film festivals (receiving Best Original Song for ‘Slow Game’ from the LISFF) and successful NFT projects on SuperRare.

As a co-writer & producer he has worked on tracks including: Slow Game with UK artist Urchin, reaching #1 on the Hype Machine Popular Chart, Lost Song with Romanian violinist Ioana Selaru (Spotify Editorial), and Time with UK based artist Noé Solange. His remix of Sofi Tukker’s ‘Swing’ received praise from the group and has reached over 12K streams on SoundCloud.

As a DJ, Ross has been performing in and around Lisbon at established venues and throwing his independent beach party series, ‘Liminal Sets’ along Lisbon’s coast. He has also been playing in his home city of Vancouver, at various establishments.

Ross is currently completing his second LP Takaya, inspired by the lone wolf that lived on Discovery Island off of Canada’s West Coast. Since Fall 2021, he has been performing this new material across Europe in London, Berlin and Lisbon. Takaya will be released in Spring 2025.
